UML sequence diagram: attach the "box" to both top and bottom of the lifeline

Hi all,

In UML sequence diagram I want to attach a box with an object name both to the top and to the bottom of the lifeline, how do I do that? Also how do I automatically add numbers to the arrows (messages) in the sequence diagram?
