The 'ghprbCommentbody' variable is null, if:

You open pullrequest for one branch to protected branch, jenkins triggers job and corresponding variables will be correctly.

Then you cancel this job and openpullrequest from named protected branch with comment, the comment will not be available in the variable as 'ghprbCommentbody' parameter of newly triggered job, it will stay null, you have to close and reopen again with same comment, to have it available.
