to set up the scenarios , create a dataframe with the needed scenarios as follows.

items = c(20, 50, 100)
individuals = 1000
s_reps = 200
s_function = rep(c("f_mirt","f_sics"),3)

scenarios = cbind.data.frame(items,individuals,s_reps,s_function)

outputs : 

  items individuals s_reps s_function
1    20        1000    200     f_mirt
2    50        1000    200     f_sics
3   100        1000    200     f_mirt
4    20        1000    200     f_sics
5    50        1000    200     f_mirt
6   100        1000    200     f_sics

put this code in initialization.R and run with Rscript



In auxfunc.R put the code of the functions specified in s_function.

then you can do 
./runtest.sh to start or continue running the tests.
