Scheme missing from URLs.

Hello and thanks for this fantastic addon!

Recently when I press NVDA+A to get the current URL, the protocol/scheme is not included. So I get "github.com" instead of "https://github.com". This is quite annoying when copying addresses. Could you please fix this.
