Solarized Dark theme

Added a solarized theme I made.

Pixel wanted to add some cool themes too so I was gonna make a separate repo (https://github.com/javalsai/lidm-themes) and add themes in there, then I just submodule that in this repo.

But um, pixel hasn't picked it up and I haven't submoduled it, if you want I can add you as contributor there and yall can add some themes if you want.

btw, shouldn't the additional options like keys and time format be in a seperate config file?

General configuration and themes have been a bit mixed and I should separate that behavior somehow. So yes, ideally, but I have to think on exactly what separation to make.

I suppose theme stuff could be named under /usr/share/lidm/themes/ and then the configuration just mentions which theme to use. But I need to change the code for that first.

Mind if we delay this PR a bit until after that? I should be able to get started around this week, and shouldn't be complicated.
