How to run SRL code for named entity recognition for Thai language?

Do you have any code example to extract NER of Thai language? 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SRL GUI Version 0.1.8a runs on Windows. 

Please provide any additional information below.
* I need to identify NER on HTML document for Thai language. I try to use 
code example (CodeExample1.java) in SRL0.1.8a version. It can't run 
because of the number of arguments in new Processor doesn't match. Do you 
have any suggestion?
