Run on scRNA-seq data

In your paper and introduction of the documentation you mention that it can be run with a Seurat object, but there is no mention of how, and none of the functions provided accepts a Seurat object as input. Can you provide details on how to do that?

Hi @ggonnella, thanks for using TrendCatcher! For single cell data we used the pseudo-bulk count matrix as input. You may need to prepare your pseudo-bulk into a csv table.
