The package.json dependency tree is pretty messy at the momment. try to get rid of emoji-mart, emotion, mui, and other conflicting packages

Work in progress. Updated react-scrips and other outdated packages but still gotta get rid off mui and replace it with headlessui. Also gotta remove popper.js becasue react-popper is better and emotion is not being used I think.
