using multiple accounts to avoid rate limit

Proposal

consider adding the option use multiple telegram accounts and proxies to download to avoid telegram's limitations ?

Background

im not sure if its my server provider or telegram but im sure after a while download speed decreases from 10MB/ps to 2MB

Workarounds

i split the files into 2 parts (exportet chat)
and then run 2 tmux sessions that use deferent proxies
