Proposal

我想能否设置一个只能转发可转发的不需要调用下载后转发

Background

我有个私密频道禁止转发内容每月解禁一次，我准备用tdl转发它们。可是他们当中会随机出现不可转发的只能调用下载后上传（不是tdl的问题是频道的问题他解禁后还是掺杂着一部分不可转发的内容）
