feat: Emergency SOS Quick-Broadcast Alert with Visual Flash & Siren

✨ Feature Description

Implement a one-touch Emergency SOS broadcast feature that instantly triggers maximum-volume emergency speech synthesis ("Emergency! I need immediate assistance!"), displays a flashing visual screen alert, and copies distress text with a timestamp to the clipboard.

🤔 Problem It Solves

Non-verbal users facing medical emergencies or safety threats cannot quickly navigate multiple menus to compose an urgent distress message.

💡 Proposed Solution

1. Add a prominent Emergency SOS trigger button in the main header and a customizable hotkey (Shift + Esc).
2. Trigger high-priority speech output overriding current queue.
3. Pulse screen border with a high-contrast visual alert color (bg-red-600 flash indicator).
4. Provide a 3-second cancel countdown to prevent accidental activation.

🔄 Alternatives Considered

Navigating to the Emergency tab in AAC board, which requires multiple clicks during a crisis.

A red "SOS Emergency" button in the header triggering immediate voice output and a visual banner.

✅ Acceptance Criteria

• Hotkey Shift + Esc and header SOS button open the emergency countdown modal.
• Speech output plays at 100% volume with distress text.

• 3-second cancel timer prevents accidental triggers.
