orbi_analyse_shot_noise looses time block assignment

Hi Sebastian et al,

If we run

data |> orbi_summarize_results

isoorbi uses only the defined time windows/blocks, but if we run

data |> orbi_analyse_shot_noise |> orbi_summarize_results

we loose this information and isoorbi calculates results based on all scans in the file.
