Add more sort and filter options to the tasks-view sidebar

Currently supports search and grouping by repo/status only

• Add date range filtering, status filtering, and more sort options
• Enhance SidebarTasksView with advanced filtering controls
• Include filters for task creation date, last activity, and completion status
