Publish latest version to Maven Central, now that JCenter will be sunset

Jcenter is being sunset so do you have any plans to start releasing versions to Maven?

On the develop branch there were changes to the use of jitpack. The current version there is 1.0.6.
For me the following worked:

implementation 'com.github.ironSource.dslint:dslint:1.0.6'
implementation 'com.github.ironSource.dslint:dslint-annotations:1.0.6'
lintPublish 'com.github.ironSource.dslint:dslint-checks:1.0.6'

(and do not forget to add jitpack in your root build.gradle)

allprojects {
	repositories {
		maven { url 'https://jitpack.io' }
	}
}

Would be nice if this was also in the readme.
