Create a notebook for a capacitance simulation parameter sweep with Double Pads qubit

Create an example notebook demonstrating a geometry parameter sweep for double pads qubit. This will be quite similar, but simpler than the existing capacitance optimization notebook https://github.com/iqm-finland/KQCircuits-Examples/blob/main/notebooks/simulation_optimiser.ipynb.

The notebook should demonstrate the capabilities for parallel computation and have options for running the simulations both locally and on a remote cluster using SLURM.
