Determine most effective parameters for goal-based personae:

  • Not role-based (e.g. no demographic details necessary)
  • Consider overlap of goal-based vs skill-based (example: docs will be significantly different for dweb experts working with large data sets vs large-data-set experts who don't know dweb)
  • Make this a repeatable framework for goal-based personae for other projects

Have a first pass at parameters in the working Mural doc for the persona effort:

These are just in text form at the moment; I'll build them out as I build the personae in #202, so this issue is good to close.
