Fix Handle Mis-alignment

Problem: Currently node handle positions become misaligned during live edits because Reactflow's state is not updated after DOM recalculation.

Expected Outcomes: Ensure node source handles remain correctly positioned when schemas are edited dynamically in the editor.

I'd like to work on this issue. I'll investigate the React Flow handle positioning during live schema edits and propose a fix.

Thank you for showing your interest to work on this issue. But this issue contain the gsoc label and it is perform only by the folk who is currently working for the program.
So I would suggest you to have a look on other issues where you'll be interested and contribute as well.

This is definitely supposed to be done by the selected GSoC contributor, but that doesn't imply that others can't work on it. The goal is to get the feature implemented or the bug fixed, regardless of who implements it.
