Uninstalling module should have option to clear settings

I had v2.11 of this module installed. I uninstalled it thinking it would help get me out of a weird config state. After I ran zpm uninstall git-source-control, I noticed that data set up by the module in ^SYS("SourceControl","Git") was still hanging around.

users should at least be given the option to clear out this (and any other?) config data when uninstalling this module.

Even after I killed the contents of ^SYS("SourceControl","Git"), the configure script still picked up the old location of git.exe from some unknown place.

Configure() also reported that "Web application /git/MYNAMESPCE already exists"... another thing that should be cleaned up upon uninstall.
