Remove recognition of Under 15 age group.
Emphasis at this age group should be focused on participation and enjoyment of sport. By encouraging national team selection at this age group we create a competitive process where some children will miss out rather than being encouraged to continue with the sport. Events for athletes U15 are highly encouraged, however they should be more inclusive rather than exclusive. For example, regional or club teams as opposed to national teams.
