Collate bug with detect_transpositions

In edit_graph_aligner.py the detector is initalized like this:

if self.detect_transpositions:
    detector = TranspositionDetection(self)

But the TranspositionDetection class requires initialization also with an aligner:

class TranspositionDetection(object):

    def __init__(self, aligner):
        self.aligner = aligner

I detected this because I got the error:
for token in self.aligner.additions:
AttributeError: 'EditGraphAligner' object has no attribute 'additions'
