Create CI/CD to Regularly Update DockerHub

New versions are regularly released, but dockerhub still has an image from 2 years ago as the latest.

Please update the dockerhub latest image and consider some kind of CI/CD to place images in dockerhub for new releases.

Yes, something like that's planned for next major (rewrite) release(s). Images may not go to DockerHub though.

There are some guys that are building and uploading it to dockerhub. I'm currently in the process of getting 24.04-legacy drivers working (i have a UHD630). But since i'm in doing it anyway i'm going to build images for the latest releases also.

Currently stuck where the container running xpumd works, is able to access iGPU stats, but i can't get the container working that connects to the xpumd.sock in /tmp to get it to create Prometheus metrics from it. When i'm happy with it i'll upload all the built images.
