Make error

Hi I am Leo, I followed the instruction and do the make step.
However, there is an error while make is running.
Here is the error message.

I have no idea what happened , please help to fix the issue

I had the same experience but I had managed to fix it by NOT using OpenSSL 1.1.0 but the default of Ubuntu 18 openssl (1.1.1)
