NPU frequency and power monitor

Hi,

I have found some tools for npu usage, but is there any tool or known way to monitor the frequency and power of NPU?
My platform is ARL-H, I try to find registers information in processors datasheet, and nothing so far.

Please see issue #22. NPU is supported in nokyan/resources for now, there should be engine utilization and memory supported, frequency utilization was just recently added https://lore.kernel.org/dri-devel/8dbc2f5a-cec4-43c7-a592-285d9b85c938@linux.intel.com/ and we will provide support for it soon.
