While reading the latest doc (for 1.21) I noticed the diagrams do not clearly illustrate the TDG.VP.VMCALL<GetQuote> based approach that the Linux upstream TD quote driver uses.

Section 2.2.1 sort of talks about it but it's slightly outdated and missing from the diagrams.
