RFC: Create accessible design for multi-event view

My reasoning on why it should be disabled by default:

The feature is causing an unintended triggering of the multievent view, when the user only wants to expand the width of the right panel. Expanding the panel is necessary to to read the whole lines of code on the Local Variable blocks.

Either it should be off by default, or it should gain a proper UI that doesn't break pre-established systems and UI elements, nor renders then unuseable without hidden solutions. Video showing the issue below:

The second reason is, because it doesn't actually enable proper multitasking between events. Even on super-wide displays it's not possible to see local variable code. Events are actually just lined up, but multi-block selections between events are not possible and so on.

It's an excellent tech foundation for multi-event adjustments for experts and advanced users, but not a general productivity feature.

The focus of this issue is now to propose design changes that will allow this feature to be enabled in the future.
