Currently, GH login is only supported. We should help the user by providing an option to create a new GH account.

We should add the following to the login screen:

New to GitHub? Create an account

I have made this change and tested it out in my local.

however Im unable to push to a branch, could you please add and assign me so that I can raise a PR for the same.
