UI to browse and select unused sample from finished surveys

Hope your eyes don't bleed.

This is a very draft mockup, the main idea is to get 2 boxes for sample loading:
1- upload CSV
2- browse unused sample

For 2 we can have a modal (maybe similar to the date picker in the scheduling section) in which the user can browse the finished surveys exposing some basic information like the amount of unused respondents. The the user can select the unused sample that will be loaded into the new survey

We're going to reuse a modal like the one for setting the buckets' quotas, but showing the terminated surveys of the project (with their unused respondents' count) for the user to pick.

We'll also show there some explanation on which surveys can be picked, and what do we call "unused" respondent.

The demo looks pretty good!
To confirm the '#4' will be replaced by n respondents?

Would it be possible to add checkboxes so the user select as many surveys as needed to import the unused sample?
If not I'd suggest making the action more explicit by adding a button saying 'import these respondents' or an arrow '>' + a tooltip or any sort of message saying 'importing respondents'
Wording details
The error message looks incorrect, if it's possible to distinguish between CSV import and survey import I suggest creating a custom message for survey import: 'The survey you selected does not contain any valid phone number. Please try again'. If the distinction is not possible it can just say: 'There is no valid phone number or respondent id in the provided list. Please try again'
Style details
There's a shadow in the last row, I suggest removing it
