Table view for actions

The bar in the map screen that shows actions does not have enough space to show more than 3 actions in each scenario.
As a user, I want to be able to see the action details for a particular scenario.
Until we get a final design the simplest approach would be to add a button to expand to the right
This material icon might work.
This will collapse Increase in coverage... geographic coverage... information as well as expanding the bar to the right, to fit the map screen.
Then actions will be displayed in rows using the complete width of the bar
