Relate sources to regions #639
Description
Currently, sources and regions have no relation, if a user selects a source that doesn't match the region it will just result in a project with no demand. Furthermore, in the project wizard, the users need to scroll among all sources every time if the number of sources starts to raise this will be an issue.
