Ignore/fail AOs/ATs with invalid addresses #57
Description
If the from or to address of an AO or AT does not comply with the URL format, we should ignore or error that message.
We're seeing this happen with an AT created through the Nuntium web interface that has a 1sms:// "scheme" - which is not valid. We should check the scheme is one that Nuntium knows how to handle.
