Channel Setup: Error if Space in User Name

My User Name had a space in it; e.g., FirstName LastName

This space was causing an error when I was trying to set up a Nuntium channel with a Twilio number. When I removed the space after creating a new account, it worked ok.

Expected: That it would be impossible to have a user name with a space or somehow the twilio url would adjust for spaces by injecting in underscores or removing them.
