All cases counts can show less items than the narrowed results count

As the All positive cases is not being refreshed when the user modifies the filters, it could be possible that new cases are registered between the page load and the application of a filter, and so the narrowed result shows a higher amount than the total.

I can think of 2 ways to fix this one:

1. Have NNDD keep the current timestamp when it starts, and issue all requests with a created_at < timestamp
2. Refresh all counts when a filter changes, not just the ones below the changed filter

Option 1 seems like a dirty hack - as data can eventually change, let's always show you an old version.

Option 2 may be more resource intensive for the ES engine, but feels more appropriate to always have the latest data available.

Usually when creating a report you will be analyzing a time window (previous year, previous month, etc.). Is strange to think in an scenario where you need updated information in a report that is mostly statistical and where you will analyze an entire country or state.

I prefer option 1, unless there is something else I'm missing.

I didn't reported this issue because, as common as it seems while testing, I believe that this particular problem will never be found in a real scenario.

A third option is to silently refresh the total count when updating any filter, if the total count differs, then update the rest of the partial counts.

Fourth option: Have a timestamp and periodically check for new data since that. If new data arrives show a warning that advices the user to refresh the page (ajax). Always keep the queries consistent using that timestamp.
