`Store` containers start automatically after turning on your machine

Chances are that one day you'll start your computer and you just won't realize that `maap-store` containers has started automatically. Hugo warned us about this pesky dev environment issue before leaving.
Turn off that setting so the developer can choose freely when to start the containers
