Integration with wit.ai fails when there is an active Survey.

Preconditions:

• There is a Keyword Responder KR connected to wit.ai.
• The valid keyword for KR is KRVK.
• There is a Survey S.
• The valid keyword for S is SVK.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a session with the bot.
2. Send SVK to the bot. The Survey is active.
3. Send KRVK to the bot.

Obtained:

• The bot replies with the front desk clarification message and the KR clarification message.

Expected:

• The bot should send the KR Message.
