Mibew Tray application will not run on Windows 8

The Mibew Tray application will not run correctly on windows 8... after installing and running you get a script error with the following url:

http://www.openwebim.org/webim/operator/b-a-n-n-e-r1/domainid=3666965

openwebim.org appears to not be working either... is this the cause of the issue?

In the tray icon you have to configure your chat server's domain in the options.
