For mouse γ and δ chains

Hello，why are there no translate files for mouse gamma and delta chains?

Hi @SfanTh, do you mean why are there no .translate files for gamma delta mouse in this repo: https://github.com/innate2adaptive/Decombinator-Tags-FASTAs?

These files were created before my time as maintainer and we primarily use decombinator for alpha/beta analysis at present.

@JamieHeather, any chance you could shine some light on why mouse delta gamma specifically don't have .translate files?

Looking back at the commits, it looks like the mouse tags were added in a provisional capacity. If memory serves, we'd just received some mouse TRA/TRB data from collaborators, so the focus would have been to just make those. I suspect I probably just decided to throw in gamma/deltas for the tag generation process to increase coverage, but didn't go as far as the translate file generation due to an absence of application at the time.

Looking through my files, I don't seem to have old/lost TRG/TRD translation files, and nor do any appear to have been deleted from the repo, so those files would need to be generated. Looking at the mouse TRAV file, that should also probably be updated to include all the TRDV genes too, as these can feature in alpha chain rearrangements (as I discussed in a human context here, but which is certainly the case for mice too).

@SfanTh, new tags are relatively high on the to-do list, but I can't promise exactly when they will arrive. I will post a comment here when there is an update.
