plugin for Nvidia DLS (Delegated License Service) Appliance licenses usage

Use Case

the plugin will collect the data (licence usage, list pool, get active leases) via restfull API

Expected behavior

have reports on usage and Nvidia license stats

Actual behavior

when trying to use inputs.http the way the DLS request authentication is not workable:

• use a first request on 1 url authentication to get a token
• with the token use the restfull right call with the token gathered in the first request
  as explain here inputs.http with cookies and for Nvidia DLS API calls
