Documentation missing: Populate the sidebar

On an initial local installation of MPManager the sidebar is empty. 

The sidebar can be populated with

```sh
php artisan sidebar:generate
```

Few questions here:

- Maybe this could be added to the installation instructions? 
- Should the `menu.json` be added to `.gitignore` ?
- Is there a way to have the CRON container run this continuously?
