Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want our users to know about our Getting Started (they might not search for it).

Describe the solution you'd like
To let them know about it in the moment they download it (= want to start working with ist), it makes sense to give them the hint + link at the download website.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We agreed on also giving the hint after the tutorial.
