Buttons not tappable after challenge completion modal appears #689

Describe the bug
After completing a challeng and dismissing the congrats modal, no buttons work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Complete a challenge
See congrats modal and dismiss it
Try to tap on any button in Seek
Feel utterly powerless
Force quit app and reopen
App works as expected

Expected behavior
After dismissing a modal, I should still be able to use the app.
