I'm working on getting the user's system info, but he encountered this error message:

However, he only has limited options on the permissions screen:

OK, this user is running 17.4.1. I can't replicate on 17.4.1.

Also, this appears to affect photos taken with the Seek camera. See https://inaturalist.slack.com/archives/C9KMT4MK2/p1712205276555869
