Describe the bug
Observations won't upload to iNaturalist at all.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Make sure you're logged in to iNat and make a new observation in Seek - either with the camera or an imported photo
Tap on Post to iNaturalist
See the "Posting to iNaturalist in the background" screen and tap OK.
Go to the Home screen via hamburger menu and see no upload graphic.
Observation never appears on iNat

Expected behavior
When submitting the observation to iNat, I should see the upload tracker and the observation should be uploaded to iNat.

Device: iPhone 13 Pro and Pixel 7
OS: iOS 17.0.3 and Android 13
Version 2.15.3 (316)
