Feature Request: Allow Setting Annotations in App

I mostly observe dead animals from strandings, as I live on the beach. I would like to be able to add the "Alive or Dead", "Evidence of Presence", "Life Stage", and "Sex" annotations in the app when creating the observation (or even after creating). I have found no way of doing this.
