Issue: Unable to install Spinnaker ./5-deploy-spinnaker.sh

5th script is not running, giving this error : ! ERROR Failed to connect to localhost/127.0.0.1:8064

I am following the instruction as mentioned in the video still I am getting errors please solve my problem ASSP.
Steps
I followed: I am running this command on terminal ./5-deploy-spinnaker.sh

Make sure halyard service is up, What does # sudo service halyard status ? have you tried # sudo service halyard restart?
If that didn't fix the issue, update halyard and try again.
