Give Label as hacktoberfest-accepted tp evry pull request then and then it can counted in hacktober fest

just go to my pull request then at right hand side you we see one panel in that see Labels then click on seettings button front of label . then add hacktoberfest-accepted label create it .

plz do ti this otherwise my pull request not counted

@Aditya7851-AdiStarCoders i think i did not selected labels thats why not counting . Now i selected both labels . i think now it will work.
