Yes
The bug
Maybe the title is a bit unclear. Let me explain:
Since the new persistent memories function, the Android app is not showing me new memories when I check them in the morning when I wake up (around 6am). I still see the memories from the previous day. However, when I check after 9AM, I can see the new memories for the current day. I think this is related to my time-zone, because I'm living in +9:00.
Forcing a refresh or cleaning the cache of the app did not help. I also waited 3 days, because in v1.128 some bug-fixes were fixed for the memory function generation.
This problem did not occur in v1.126 and earlier.
The web does not have this problem.

Reproduction steps
Move to a +9:00 time-zone :)
Open the Android app2 around 6AM -> you will see memories for the previous day
Wait till 9:15AM -> you will see new memories
Relevant log output
There are no related logs, I think because no error is occuring.
Additional information
Again, this problem only affects the Android app, the web is working fine. I don't have an iPhone, so I'm not sure about the iOS app.
