Improve the build and deploy docs with observability metrics.

• Implement the change in the build and deploy docs.
• Add or update tests, docs, or validation for the touched path.

Hi @imDarshanGK! I'd love to work on this as part of SSoC 2026 👋

My Approach:

• Document observability metrics for the build and deploy pipeline: key metrics to monitor (build success rate, deploy duration, error rates, resource usage)
• Specify which tools/dashboards expose these metrics (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, cloud-native monitors)
• Add alerting thresholds and runbooks for when metrics go out of bounds
• Include validation tests or CI checks that verify metric instrumentation is in place
