[Bug]: Polymorph Button doesn't show up in Refined Storage interface

What happened?

I'm trying to craft in the Refined Storage interface and the polymorph button doesn't show up. I have to switch to a crafting table for the button to show up. Refined Storage version refinedstorage-neoforge-2.0.0.jar

How do you trigger this bug?

1. Try to make a recipe with multiple outputs
2. Fail to have button appear
3. Move to crafting table
4. Success
   ...
