Code from these external projects has been imported under the (guildhall ext
...), (guildhall weinholt ...), and (guildhall spells ...) namespaces.  The
copyright implications are detailed in AUTHORS, but I figured this URL
list would be good for the hacker, to find documentation on these
external libraries.
