Sometimes inline option only works for the first time

You can actually reproduce it easily with the provided examples:

• Inline - auto detect width / height
• Inline - modal window

The first time you click on the link, the fancybox works. The second time, the fancybox is empty or contains invalid data.

If you inspect the code, the original "container" disappears.

I found that the cleanup trigger wasn't firing so I added a couple of lines to make it work when you exit the fancybox and when you click prev/next
